Top ranking selections include:

Potato Market Update

Potato Update

All major shipping areas are up and running russet potatoes. So far, the crop looks very nice, with some promising yields. Depending on the varieties, we are seeing good sizes. Soon, we will know what kind of crop all growing regions have. Pricing continues to be moving downward as more and more russet potatoes become available.

Like the russet potato market, yellow and red potatoes are being harvested in every significant shipping area. Yields are looking great. Pricing is also inching downward as more products become available.

White potatoes are available in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, and Maine. Demand is steady, with most of the product remaining close to the shipping region.

Colorado, Idaho, and New Mexico are up and running with a new crop of fingerling potatoes. Demand continues to be strong for the available product.

Harvest is Underway!
