Wine Braised Fingerlings

- 24 oz. Tasteful Selections fingerling potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. dry white wine
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning or Herbs de Provence
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Cut fingerlings in half lengthwise and toss with olive oil, salt and white wine in roasting pan. Top with herbs. Cover pan and place in oven to bake for 20-30 minutes, or until tender.
