Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

  • 1 bag Tasteful Selections™ potatoes (Recipe favorite: Honey Gold)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary (or ¾ tsp. dried rosemary)
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper


Preheat oven 400-degrees.

In medium bowl, add potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Place potatoes on rimmed baking sheet. Place baking sheet in middle of oven and roast for 12-15 minutes, or until desired tenderness. Serve hot.
