Parsley Sensation Potatoes

- 1 bag Tasteful Selections potatoes (Recipe favorite: Ruby Sensation)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 ½ tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley (or 1 ½ tsp. dried parsley)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Add salt, potatoes and enough water to cover the potatoes in a medium saucepan and cook over medium-high heat. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 10-15 minutes, or until desired tenderness.
When potatoes are done cooking, drain and add butter and parsley. Stir until butter is melted. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve hot.
